Alienware x17 palmrest junction board- this is the keyboard controller board, often referred to as the keyboard MCU (micro controller unit) board, this also acts as a junction board connecting the keyboard to the motherboard.
The x17 systems were offered with different keyboard options- this board is specifically for systems that have the standard RGB per key keyboard, it is NOT compatible with the mechanical keyboard.
